Lovely weather when we stayed helped show the hotel at its best - I had a lovely sunny bedroom at the front of the hotel.
My bathroom looked a bit tired and had no window

Nice surroundings and courteous staff. I have stayed at this hotel before and was on the previous occasion given a much better room.
The room I was given was small with poor fixtures. Wobbly wardrobe, wobbly table, no where to use my lap top (Nothing to stand it on), TV on an angle, tired decor etc. It felt so claustrophobic I opened the window only to have it filled with cigarette smoke from the people outside. This wasn't a double room within any scope of the imagination.

The restaurant was pretty good which looked nice and had stylish decor inside, we ordered amazing dishes. We had an exceptional view of the garden and the hills and a lovely bed. The room was extremely pleasant, the location was amazing central. The service was amazing with parking on-site.

Friendly, helpful staff, good food, realistic prices for drinks & snacks, comfortable, clean rooms (lighting was rather dim & could have been brighter).

The Twin Room offered decent space for a family stay, with a layout that allowed kids to play without too much interruption. Access to local attractions was surprisingly convenient.
Had some trouble with the shower, which leaked all over the bathroom floor-definitely dampened my experience. The windows were stiff and not ideal for getting fresh air. Breakfast charges piled on top of the stay really pinched the budget, especially since my kids had to pay full price for their meals. A wedding a little too close for comfort created some disruptive noise late into the night, which wasn't exactly relaxing. While there were some redeeming qualities, the inconveniences was nice.

Staff were very friendly even when I made a request for kippers on a non kipper day (Sunday)! Very comfortable lounge (though the wooden chairs in the bar were a wee bit ard until the beer kicked in!). Wide choice for both breakfast and evening meal. Steak and chicken especially were very tasty. Well presented room and comfortable. Hotel within walking distance of the Wisgy Disillery which was the purpose of our weekend break. All in all a good weekend stay- many thanks.
Room was a little bit warm for our comfort on the first night. We opened the windows on our 2nd night (room 24) and this worked a treat.

Nice large rooms Near to Disillary we were visiting
We had poor service at evening meal. Argued that the Salads did not come with Garlic bread when menu stated it did and did not receive what was stated on the menu. Should have been offered to buy drink while waited to be seated at table and 25 minutes late taken to table Half eaten biscuit packet in the room. Staff never asked if we enjoyed our stay or if we enjoyed our meal. Staff at evening meal seemed inexperienced. Hopefully a one off

we, a mature couple, stayed here for 2 nights. we received a very warm welcome at reception. our room, the pen-y-fan suite, was absolutely gorgeous, one of the most special rooms we have ever stayed in. the hotel was quiet and peaceful, surrounded by countryside. the breakfast was very good, providing us with all we wished. we ate our evening meals in the hotel too, which we also enjoyed very much. we would definitely return, if possible, and highly recommend this hotel.

Nice surrounding, friendly and helpful staff and good hearty food.
Rooms were a bit old fashioned and beds not the most comfortable.

This place suits me perfectly, offering excellent wi-fi, free parking, and a cozy bar area. The staff initially guided me to good exchange rates, and they remain fantastic throughout my stays. I'll keep coming back for a city break.

Charming location with attentive staff
The staff were friendly. The homemade meals, particularly the generous breakfast options, were a highlight, though I felt the bathrooms could use some updating. It was a good experience, and I can't wait to return.

The room was amazing. Clean, big, and everything we needed plus more. Great service when it came to checking in / out and at meal time.
There were no menus in the folder in the room so we had to go back to reception to request one. Also the hotel advertised wi-fi which I never picked up.
